I have only been dehydrating to get a few weeks but it is so superb! I moved it on the garage as a result of "aroma" so now our garage smells just like a medical cannabis dispensary for the first couple hrs of dehydrating the recent paper lanterns and thai chili. Sorry neighbors!Uncooked they've a grassy taste, but a quick toasting presents them a
